Bravoprojekt.eu follows all laws of the Republic of Lithuania which regulate electronic market.
 
The customer may return purchased good only in that case, if good was not damaged or its appearance was not essentially changed, also if it was not used. Returned goods must be in original, not affected package. Moreover, together with the good (-s) must be returned all package content and goods purchase invoice.
Expenses for goods return must be covered by a customer, except the cases when returned good is not bought by a customer and (or) is not qualitative good. Seller returns money, paid for the good to customer in the period of 14 days, counting from the reception date of the returned good.
